The minimum spend to benefit from the promotion is €100.00.

The promotion applies to jewelry available in
the Atelier and to orders for continuous collections, with the
right to exclude certain pieces of jewelry.

The promotion is applied at the checkout at the time of payment and it is
not possible to leave deposits or outstanding payments for purchases and orders.

To benefit from the discount on orders, payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

During the promotion, it is not possible to make repairs, collections,
custom technical work, restyling, returns, or lists, and gift cards
and vouchers are not valid.

For returns of jewelry on promotion, the tax receipt
and intact seal of authenticity are required. A voucher will be issued for the
amount spent, valid for 60 days for purchases, repairs, or orders.

Vouchers cannot be used for subsequent promotions.

Changes to jewelry sizes will be charged separately.

Online stock may not be updated in real time; in
such cases, it will be necessary to wait approximately 10/15 days for production.

Shipping costs within the city of Palermo are free.

National shipping costs are €12 for orders under €150.

Pickup at the Jewelry Store located in Palermo at Piazza Leoni 5D is free.

Returns are not possible for custom-made jewelry orders.

 For any online returns, shipping costs are borne by the buyer and it is necessary to complete the following form and place it inside the package.

The recipient of the digital Gift Card will receive an email stating the amount and the card code and can use it by registering on the Magilie website and checking the balance on their account page.

The digital Gift Card received by email is valid only for purchases made on the Magilie online shop; if you prefer to shop at the Magilie jewelry store, call 0916314322.

The digital Gift Card is valid for 3 months from the date it is generated.

Online stock may not be up to date; in this case, you will need to wait for the production time, approximately 20 days.

If the desired jewelry is sold out, you can call 0916314322 to check if it can be produced.

The Gift Card code can be used only and exclusively by the account holder.

Returns are not possible for jewelry purchased with the Digital Gift Card.

The card-format Gift Card is valid only for purchases at Gioielleria Magilie.

The card-format Gift Card will be accompanied by a card for writing a personal message, all inside an envelope.

The card-format Gift Card can only be used by the person named on the card upon presentation of a valid ID.

The card-format Gift Card can be collected free of charge at Gioielleria Magilie or shipped to the address specified when ordering.
